or do you even peel your apples?
I must admit that i am not a big fan of the apple skin so i am a peeler!
& believe it or not...i have been peeling my apples with a potato peeler for awhile now. it just seems to make it so much easier!
but i am proud to say that tonight -- i used a knife!
it took awhile & i am no pro at apple peeling so there was not just one long peel, there were numerous peels so it seemed.
someday...if i keep attempting to peel my apples with knives...maybe i'll end up like meg ryan in sleepless in seattle, & i'll peel my apples in fewer long strips!
...i really hope there are others out there who have used a potato peeler to peel their apples. :)
